Our company produces the first frozen Khachapuri in Russia and in the world (ready for use in a heated form), which has an amazing property of remaining freshly baked even after long-term storage.
The dough for "Khachapuri" is prepared according to old Georgian recipes of the 18th century. Cheese for our "Khachapuri" is produced on a farm in the Lipetsk region, where there are own cheese factories, and fresh natural milk is always used to produce our cheese.
We have been working on the Russian market for 5 years and during this time many customers have already managed to appreciate and love our products.
