Product introduction: Wide Belt Sander

This wide belt sander SGJ1300R-RPA has 25 years production experience, it is our most mature product. We install two working units on this machine. The first working unit is a steel roller, diameter 240mm; the second working unit is a combination of roller (diameter 210mm) and pad. This configuration is good for calibrating and fine sanding.

Giantway uses cnc laser cutting machine to cut steel boards, and uses robot to weld the machine frame, then use cnc machining center to process the surface and holes. So the machine frame is with high precision, after that, we assembe dynamically balanced rollers on this machine and other good quality parts, all of these to ensure the entire machine has high precision and long term reliability.
