Introduction to Equipment System
Comprehensively considering the comprehensive characteristics of domestic waste, in order to effectively realize the resource utilization of waste and maximize benefits, the complete set of technical solutions for the resource utilization of urban domestic waste of Henan Jinma Company is adopted. This technical solution treats municipal solid waste based on the principles of reduction, harmlessness, resource utilization, and energy conversion. The waste is put into a complete production line system for comprehensive utilization of waste resources, through a waste feeding system and a waste automatic sorting system. After processing by the process system, the municipal solid waste can be sorted and utilized as:
1. Inert and non-combustible materials-stones, sand, ceramics, etc., used to make environmentally friendly bricks, cement raw materials or landfills;
2. Ferromagnetic metals-iron wire, iron cans, beer caps, etc., for recycling;
3. Non-ferrous metals-cans, aluminum alloys, aluminum, etc., for recycling;
4. Plastics-mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, plastic blocks, etc., for recycling;
5. Residual combustibles (wood, leather, clothes, rags, etc.)—making RDF fuel rods for heating or power generation.
After the municipal solid waste is processed through the system, metal materials are widely used by processing companies as raw materials; fuel with a calorific value of up to 5000 kcal is regarded as a high-quality fuel with low pollution and high performance, which can be used in industrial boilers, waste incineration power stations or gasification Power station.
