Introduction

It can automatic or manual finish the cyclic operation of feeding, separating, washing, discharging and screen
cleaning at full speed.

Application
The machine can also be used for heavy alkali, other materials, especially for the separation and washing dehydration of
materials with small solid particle size and difficult to separate, such as starch, calcium phosphate,etc., which can greatly
improve the operation status of separated materials such as heavy alkali and sodium bicarbonate.

Operation Model
The machine adopts PLC program control, through frequency conversion speed regulation, braking system adopts energy consumption
braking or regenerative braking, fully automatic cycle operation, free switching between manual mode and fully automatic mode.

PRODUCT CONFIGURATION


Working Principle ( Show in below diagram ).
Horizontal peeler centrifuge is a new type of high-efficiency automatic centrifuge, which uses the strong centrifugal acceleration when the centrifuge rotates at high speed to dehydrate and wash fully.
The suspension enters into the high-speed rotating filter basket through the feed valve, and the feeding process is controlled by time or material controller until the basket is allowed to be fully filled.In the feeding process, the mother liquor is filtered through the filter cake layer and filter cloth, and then discharged out of the machine through the discharge pipe through the small hole casing of the basket body.The washing liquid is controlled by the time or flow valve, and the washing liquid is sprayed on the filter cake through the washing pipe and the spray hole to wash the filter cake after removing the mother liquor, so as to obtain the solid phase meeting the requirements.After drying, the cake layer is cut by the rotary scraper and sent out of the machine by the inclined bucket or screw conveyor.These processes can be completed manually or automatically by electrical, hydraulic and mechanical operations.
This series of centrifuges work smoothly, especially suitable for heavy load production and the solid phase needs to be fully washed, as well as low solid content, fine crystallization, high separation requirements of special occasions.

1.What’s the application of centrifuge?

The machine has self-cleaning function. When the processing is finished, you just put one button and the machine will do the cleaning automatically.
3. How to choose the machine material?
For the material, we have stainless steel 304, 316L and 321 for your option. Generally SS304 is used. If there’s suspension with corrosion, then SS 321 /316L or Ti is needed.
4.What’s the capacity of the machine?
Firstly we have different model with different capacity for this machine.
Secondly, the capacity will be customized according to concentration of the suspension. Higher the concentration, lower the capacity.
5. How is the processing result?
The finished cake moisture and solid lost rate is based on the material feature. And different machine just brings different
processing capacity. Also we can offer testing service to get realistic results.
