Yuton 9-36 series High Suction Negative Pressure vacuum Blower Fan Application for Conveying granule Materials

High Pressure Centrifugal Fans have strong scroll housing and impellers,they are made of cast iron with thick powder coating ,which are designed to overcome high resistance to air flow. They are suitable for high pressure forced ventilation in smelting industry,glass industry,ceramic industry,wireless and electroplating industry. And widely used in materials transportation in processing industries,such as food,feed. The transmitted medium is air, and other non-hypergolic air,non-explosive air with no harm to people . The air flow shall not contain any adhesive material,such as dust and grain,the particulates are no bigger than 150 mg/m³. The temperature of the air flow is no higher than 80 centigrade.

Before set up the fan,check gap sizes of all parts of the fan to make sure the rotating parts will not hit the fixed parts.

When the fan is rotating,check the temperature of the bearing after the impellers reach normal speed. If there is no special request for the temperature of the bearing,it can not higher than ambient temperature 40 °c

 If the fan has very severe shock,hitting ,and bearing temperature rise rapidly,please stop the fan right away.

Periodically clean the inner dust, dirt and other impurities

Periodlically check the fan to avoid rusting

Change the lubricating oil after opening the fan .The lubricating oil shall be changed according to the actual situation.
